An unexpected move to the world of Residential Construction
Recruited by Sebastian Construction Group—a premier name in Texas and national ultra-luxury residential construction—Jonathan was pivotal in solidifying the firm’s brand image shortly after a major rebrand. As their Marketing Manager, he spearheaded the implementation of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems via Procore and SAGE cloud technology. Demonstrating meticulous technical skill, Jonathan designed a custom mono-space font and authored comprehensive brand guidelines inspired by NASA’s Graphics Standard’s. Additionally, he served as chief photographer and managed a team documenting projects statewide, while acting as the primary editor for all project books.
